SPANISH VILLAGE ART CENTER
This year marks the 75th anniversary for the historic Spanish Village buildings. Built for the 1935 Exposition, this cluster of Spanish-style cottages in San Diego's historic Balboa Park houses the on-going works of over 250 local artists and artisans of all descriptions. Watch sculptures, painters, craftsmen, jewelers and photographers create their art on a rotating basis. All artwork is for sale upon completion. Best of all, admission to the facility is free.
