Contortionism, shadow puppets, vaudeville and dance come together in this surrealistic cirque nouveau from Charlie Chaplin's granddaughter Aurélia Thierrée. Dreams come to life in Aurelia's imaginative world of delight and darkness when everyday activities become enchanting vignettes composed of aerial acrobatics, illusion, magic and dance. Inspired by medieval drawings that depict worlds upside down and inside out, the traditions of music hall, variety and circus, Aurélia Thierrée collaborated with her mother Victoria Thierrée Chaplin to create this international hit.
