LA LUZ DE JESUS GALLERY  Few galleries can boast about launching an art movement. PATRICIA CORREIA GALLERY  The Chicano art movement of the late 1960s spawned an outpouring of painting, sculpture, photography, printmaking and conceptual art. Generally presented in vibrantly colorful, politically potent images, artists further expressed themselves via a cross-cultural visual vocabulary gleaned from the streets of East L.A. and peppered with Catholic religious imagery. TIMOTHY YARGER FINE ART
