OCCA Corporate Dinner
On Monday, October 18, corporate members and the OCCA board enjoyed a
lovely evening at the new Seasons 52 restaurant at South Coast Plaza.
After a cocktail reception featuring garlic chicken and plum tomato
flat breads, the group sat down to a family style meal of cedar plank
Atlantic salmon, oak-grilled chicken breast and roasted pork
tenderloin. Dessert of "mini indulgences" included such flavors
as mocha macchiato and pumpkin pie.
