Members of the hotel industry were invited to the restaurant's 7th annual

appreciation party, hosted by Nicole Hay and Executive Chef Umberto Rubelli.

Guests sampled the chef's tasty creations and sipped on champagne cocktails

as the sun set over the Pacific.
