LACA at Philippe West Hollywood
On Monday, June 28, the Los Angeles Concierge Association held its June
meeting at Philippe West Hollywood. Mr. Philippe Chow worked in the New
York based kitchen of Mr. Chow for 25 years and became one of the most
prominent chefs in the industry. He opened his West Hollywood location
last fall and just last night welcomed concierges in to experience his
Chinese cuisine. Concierges nibbled on colorful chicken and beef satays
and a variety of chef Chow's lettuce wraps. Dinner was served family style
and white and red wines were poured throughout the evening.
