LACA at D'Cache
On Tuesday, July 27, the Los Angeles Concierge Association held its monthly
meeting at the Latin fusion restaurant D'Cache in Toluca Lake. Executive
chef Luis Ochoa impressed concierges with items such a Cuban baby back ribs,
paella Valenciana, and empanadas stuffed with sautéed ground beef and roasted
peppers. House sangria made with three wines, brandy, gin and apples was a favorite.
Musical entertainment was provided by musicians David Maldonado, Luis Maldonado
and Chuck Wright.
